I’m Brian, an investment consultant who tries to make the most out of the little spare time that he has. I promise I’m not going to bore you with the details of my professional life so I will be writing about the activities I practice to relieve stress and stay in shape. Mostly I go to the gym, where I do regular workouts, but I occasionally try out new things like martial arts to see whether they suit my style. I’m always open to experimenting with new ways of training as long as I feel like my body has done actual physical effort.
